Greenwood Land Company announced today the addition of Jonathan Gassett to its growing team of land professionals. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky, Gassett is a certified wildlife biologist, receiving his undergraduate degree in biology from Kennesaw State University. He earned a master’s degree and doctorate in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia. In 2005, Gassett was selected as the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources Distinguished Young Alumnus Award, given in recognition for service to the School, the University, and for major conservation achievements. He is also one of the inaugural graduates of the National Conservation Leadership Institute, a program established by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, the Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies, and other conservation entities, to develop and hone skills and contacts for future conservation leaders.
